three. Indemnification. Participant and/or even the undersigned guardian or guardian hereby comply with thoroughly indemnify Releasees and each of these from and in opposition to any and all losses, claims, damages, liabilities, prices, and bills (which includes reasonable lawyer’s charges) (collectively “Assert” or “Claims”), incurred
